With our development in AI, this technology automatically suggests jobs that best fit each profile, helping candidates save time looking for jobs.
👉 About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and Business Development Team at FreeC. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective B2B sales strategy.

👉 Responsibilities:
- Lead & grow Business Development team
- Build the KPIs for our business and achieve individual & team weekly KPIs
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote FreeC’s Headhunting service to clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Gain in-depth knowledge of all things about FreeC to educate potential clients on the value of our products.
- Create a great first impression to our prospect client by providing them with a meaningful experience and overview of our value.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative & compelling follow-ups.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Prior experience in a startup environment with Builder Spirit because you need to build everything at the first start (cooperate with the CEO and Headhunter Team to build the KPIs)
- At least 3 years experience as a Business Development in HR-Tech/ Recruitment industry and 5 years experience in Business Development.
- Process and Result-oriented mindset
- Has lead a team of at least 5 and potential to scale the team - Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluency in English is a must
